Learn the delightful art of Fine-line Chinese Brush Painting from Joyce Tanaka-Shields at her special workshops! Joyce has received many awards for her paintings, including Best of Show at the Orange County Fair, where she was the featured artist. This summer, she received a First Place award for Professional Watercolor in the Surf City Art Festival, and most recently has been having workshops and demonstrations around southern California and also Juarez, Mexico.
